Apple has added a new dimension to text messaging with the introduction of iMessage games for iOS 10. All iMessage games are turn-based so you and your friends can play as they please. How to get iMessage games

The user interface of the new iOS is slightly different from its predecessors. However, the instructions are basically the same for iOS 10 and above. Older versions of iOS do not support iMessage games.
To open the App Store in iMessage:
1. Create a new conversation.
2. Tap the Apps icon next to the iMessage text field.
3. From the Applications menu, tap the grid icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
4. Tap the Store icon.
5. You should see a selection of apps, games, and stickers that are compatible with iMessage. Use the search function to find the game you want, then tap Get to install it.

How to play iMessage games

Once you’ve downloaded the game of your choice, it will be added to the bottom of your apps list. To challenge your friends in iMessage:
1. Enter a conversation with the person you want to play with.

5. Tap Create Game.
