However, you can still fix most Netflix errors by methodical troubleshooting even if you just received a general Netflix error message without a specific code. NETFLIX ERROR CODE UI-800-3
When the UI-800-3 error occurs, you usually see a message comes like this “Unable to connect to Netflix“. Please try or restart your home network and your streaming device.
This code generally means that there is a problem with the Netflix data on your device.
Solution: Refresh the data on your device by clearing the cache or uninstalling and reinstalling the Netflix app.

- Sign out of Netflix on your device.

NETFLIX NW ERROR CODE 2-5
When this error occurs, a message usually looks like “Netflix encountered an error”. Repeat the operation in X seconds.

NETFLIX 100 ERROR CODE
When this problem occurs, you typically see a message like this “We can’t reach the Netflix service (-100)“.
There is a problem with the Netflix application or the data stored on your device.
Solution: Update the Netflix data on your device.
Error code 100 typically applies to Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Fire Stick, and Smart TVs. If you see this code, you have two options: You can restart your device, try to connect to another internet connection, if one exists, and/or reset your Amazon Fire Stick to the default settings and see if the Amazon Fire Stick works if the error persist you will need to retry it again and follow the guidelines to fix Amazon Fire Stick.
NETFLIX ERROR CODE H7361-1253-80070006
When you encounter this error code, it usually looks like this “Oops, something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred“. Reload the page and try again.
This code generally indicates that your navigation software is out of date.
Solution: Refresh the page first to see if the video is loading. If it still doesn’t load, refresh your browser. You can also try Netflix in another browser.
If this error occurs in Internet Explorer, you may need to add Netflix as a trusted site.
Follow the steps below:
- Open Internet Explorer and click on the gear icon or on Tools.
- Select Internet Options> Security> Trusted Sites> Sites.
- Clear the Server authentication required checkbox.
- Find everything related to Netflix in the Websites field: and delete it if you find it.
- Select Add this website to the field and enter *.netflix.com.
- Click on Add.
- Select the Close button.
NETFLIX ERROR CODE 10008
When this problem occurs, you usually see a message like “There was a problem reading this item“. Please try again or choose another item.
This code generally refers to network problems with Apple devices.
Solution: Restart your device and fix your network problems if it doesn’t work.
If you see a Netflix 10008 error code on your Apple TV, iPhone, iPad or even iPod Touch, you need to fix it in a few basic steps. Make sure your device is actually connected to the Internet and that the connection is strong enough to stream videos. Then try these options:

- If possible, try another WiFi network.
NETFLIX S7111-1101 ERROR CODE
When this error occurs, the following message is usually displayed:
“Oops, something went wrong … Unexpected error”. Reload the page and try again.
This code is due to a problem with the Safari browser cookies on Mac computers.
Solution: Clear your Netflix cookies at Netflix.com/clearcookies.
Most Netflix error codes starting with S7111, including S7111-1101, S7111-1957-205040, S7111-1957-205002, and others, relate to cookie issues on Mac, but there are exceptions.
Depending on the specific code, you may have to manually delete Netflix data from your Mac.
- Open Safari.
- Click the Safari menu at the top left of the browser.

NETFLIX ERROR CODE 0013

Solution: Sometimes this can be solved by switching to another network or connecting to Wi-Fi. However, most of the time, you will need to clear the Netflix app data or reinstall the app.
If you see a Netflix 0013 error code on your Android device, try the following basic troubleshooting steps below:
- Switch to another network. If you are on your mobile network, try WiFi.
- Try another show or movie.
